OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES:
Victoria Bootcamp runs fun, friendly bootcamp classes that incorporate cardio and strength training into their classes. We do a mixture of circuit class, HIIT, weight training etc to incorporate a mixture of exercises and training styles. Beginner to advanced participants are welcome as we will adapt any workout for your current fitness level. Please feel free to come try a class for free at anytime to make sure it is a good fit for you.
