What types of classes do you offer?

At Victoria Bootcamp, we offer a variety of classes suitable for all fitness levels and interests. We are constantly updating and expanding our class offerings, so be sure to check our schedule for the latest updates.

Which fitness classes are best for beginners?

We welcome individuals of all fitness levels at Victoria Bootcamp. Our instructors are experienced in adapting exercises and providing modifications to suit your abilities.  If, you are new to fitness Sue's and Jen's classes will be a perfect fit.

How do I sign up for a class?

To sign up for a class, simply visit our "Classes" page and browse our schedule. Select the class you'd like to attend and follow the prompts to reserve your spot. If it's your first time attending a class at Victoria Bootcamp, be sure to arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

What should I wear/bring to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and athletic shoes, as well as water and a towel so that you stay hydrated during class. We use soft grass for our outdoor classes, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer personalized training programs with our certified trainers. Our trainers will work with you one-on-one to develop a customized program tailored to your unique needs and goals. Visit our "Personal Training" page to learn more about our offerings and to book a session.

What are your membership options?
