My journey has been shaped by a diverse range of exercise expertise, from gymnastics to competitive squash. I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle involves more than just strength training. That's why I incorporate activities such as biking, hiking, walking, and rollerblading into my workout regime.
I have faced my fair share of challenges, including addictions and food allergies. As a result, I follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet to minimize digestive problems and inflammation. These personal experiences have ignited a deep desire within me to help others struggling with physical or dietary challenges find balance and harmony in their lives.
