Having faced addictions and food allergies, it is essential for Jenn to follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet to minimize digestive problems and inflammation. Her experience has inspired her to help others struggling with physical or dietary challenges achieve optimal balance in their lives. Through her dedicated work and perseverance, Jenn believes that anyone can improve their physical health, regardless of their starting point
